We’re looking for experienced customer support agents to join our team!

Your role:

  • Communicate with our clients via phone calls, emails, social media, and online chat.
  • Monitor and handle online reviews.
  • Monitor rep phone calls for quality assurance.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint;
    1. Determine the cause of the problem.
    2. Select and explain possible resolutions.
    3. Expedite said resolution.
    4. Follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ability to address complex client issues or complaints in a civil manner.
  • Shape a smooth and satisfying experience for our clients.

Skills & requirements:

  • Fluent English – a must!
  • 1 year of experience as a customer support agent – an advantage!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities.
