We’re looking for experienced customer support agents to join our team!
Your role:
- Communicate with our clients via phone calls, emails, social media, and online chat.
- Monitor and handle online reviews.
- Monitor rep phone calls for quality assurance.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint;
- Determine the cause of the problem.
- Select and explain possible resolutions.
- Expedite said resolution.
- Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ability to address complex client issues or complaints in a civil manner.
- Shape a smooth and satisfying experience for our clients.
Skills & requirements:
- Fluent English – a must!
- 1 year of experience as a customer support agent – an advantage!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
